Acceptance of these terms

Authentic Loops (the “Service”) is operated by Cameron Moll LLC (“Cameron Moll LLC,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Authentic Loops is

Authentic Loops is a platform where people can share their experiences of company interview processes (each, a “loop”) so others can learn what to expect. Loops are user-generated and reflect the views of the people who post them, not Cameron Moll LLC.

Your account

You sign in via a third-party identity provider (LinkedIn or Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Authentic Loops.

Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Authentic Loops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

You agree that you will not post content that:

• Identifies, names, or personally describes individual interviewers or other employees;
• Reveals confidential information about a company, including trade secrets, unreleased products, internal compensation, or non-public business plans;
• Reproduces interview questions, take-home assignments, or other materials covered by a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement;
• Is false, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• Infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• Violates any applicable law or these Terms.

You are solely responsible for what you post, and you represent that you have the right to share it. Focus your feedback on the process — not the people.

Verifying your loop

You can optionally verify a loop by forwarding us one email from the company’s hiring system. If we can confirm the email is genuine, we attach a “Vetted” badge to the loop. We don’t store the email itself; the methodology is described in detail at How verification works.

By forwarding an email for verification, you represent that:

• The email was sent to you, not to someone else, and you have the right to share its contents with us;
• Sharing the email does not violate a non-disclosure agreement, employment agreement, or other confidentiality obligation you owe the sender;
• You will not forward emails that contain materials covered by the rules in “Content you post” above (interview questions, take-home assignments, internal documents, and so on);
• You understand that the email’s sender, subject, and body are sent to a third-party AI service so we can extract the company the email is about. The provider does not train on these inputs but may briefly retain them for abuse monitoring before deleting them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The verification badge is a factual statement we make about evidence we received. It is not an endorsement of the review’s contents. A verified loop is still subject to takedown if it violates these Terms.

Moderation

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service for any reason, including violations of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

Reporting and takedowns

If you believe content on Authentic Loops violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or improperly identifies you, contact us at hello@authenticloops.com and we will review the report.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service; do not use it to send spam or malware; and do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Cameron Moll LLC does not endorse any user content and makes no representations about its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cameron Moll LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cameron Moll LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of content you post or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cameron Moll LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
